Basics

(hereinafter called the seller) concluded. The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the seller and the respective buyer and are expressly recognized with the order. Consumer in terms of the following regulations is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that can be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
For resellers, the B2B conditions apply from the dealer catalog.
Conclusion of contract
The product ranges of the seller on the internet does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, but an invitation to place an order (purchase offer the buyer). You can make your purchase offer by phone, in writing, by fax, by email or via the built-in online store seller ordering system.
Note the purchase via the online shop system:
- The purchasing intended goods are stored in the "basket". With using the button "shopping cart" in the navigation bar you can make changes at any time.
- After the entry of personal data, choosing the payment method and delivery the order takes place. Before sending the order the customer has the option to check all information again to change, cancel (also using the "back" of the Internet browser) or buying.
- By sending the order with the appropriate button, the customer makes a binding offer from the seller. The customer receives an automatic email about the receipt of his order, which does not lead to the conclusion of the contract.
- The acceptance of your offer (and therefore the contract) takes place in each case by confirmation in writing, in which you will confirm any order or delivery of the goods or by delivering the goods.
- If you within 7 business days have not received confirmation of the order or notice of the shipment or any goods, you are no longer bound to your order.
- Optionally done payments will be returned immediately in this case. On request the seller created an individual offer of certain goods, which is sent to you in writing and at the the seller is bound 7 days. You accept the offer with confirmation in writing. Contract language is german. The contract text (order and conditions) is stored at the seller. The storage is only temporary and not accessible for you, so you have to make a separate storage.
Prices and shipping
The offered prices represent final prices. They include all price components, including all applicable taxes.
As for cross-border deliveries other taxes and / or charges (e.g. duties) can in individual cases be payable by you to your tax authorities, but not to the seller.
The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They are listed on the page "Shipping" and reported separately during the ordering process. You have to bear this costs.
Payment and delivery

You are requested to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and damage and communicate as quickly as possible the seller and the carrier. Your warranty claims remain unaffected.
As a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold during the shipment until the delivery of the goods passes to you on, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.
You have to bear the cost of returning in case of using the consumer right of withdrawal, if the delivered goods corresponds to your order.
Delivery
Delivery will made in all countries you will find at page "Shipping" and usually within the delivery time specified at the product..
If the product is not available in time, we will inform you immediately. You are free in such a case, to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. In case of cancellation already paid be refunded immediately.

If the total order amount exceeds your gift card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using our known payment methods.
Revocation within 14 days of your revocation right is only possible, if the gift card was not redeemed yet or credited to an account.

- can be redeemed per person only once
- remaining balance or benefit will not be paid
- must be redeemed prior to the conclusion of an order
- subsequent credits are excluded

- can be bound to a minimum order
- more promotional coupons may not be combined
- will not be refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal
- can not be used for the purchase of gift cards

Cancelling an order
If you are a consumer based in the European Union you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund including delivery costs providing that you notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the order.

Consequences of Cancellation
Once cancellation has been mutually agreed, you must return the unused product to receive a full refund. If you only return the goods in part or in poor condition we will refund a reduced amount.
You have to organize and pay the return.
Refunds will be paid within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
Exclusions
Cancellations do not apply to goods that are custom made or for products that have had their seals removed (such as lubricant gel).

In accordance with legal regulations.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment arrived here.
Limitation of liability
The seller's liability for negligent breach of duty is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract, which endangers the purpose of the contract and on whose compliance you regularly rely on as a client), damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health, guarantees for the quality of the purchased item or claims under the product liability Act are affected. This also applies to corresponding breaches of duty agents of the seller.
The liability is limited to the damage that can be expected contractually typically with.
For intent and gross negligence, the limitation of liability does not apply.
Fulfillment and jurisdiction
Only German law, excluding the CISG.
